Two Ways to Begin

All sessions are available both in person and online - you're welcome to choose what works for you when booking.

Simply Talk

Approximately 50 Minutes ~ £44

A place to come when things feel heavy, unclear, or difficult to carry on your own.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to speak things through.
This is an accessible starting point — somewhere to unburden, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to find a little more steadiness and clarity.

Self Sovereignty

Approximately 90 Minutes ~ £88

A space for when you’re ready to engage more actively with your inner world.
You may already have some awareness of your patterns, or feel a pull to go deeper into how you think, feel, and respond.

This work can support you in exploring those layers more directly — including through the body — and in developing a more conscious and integrated way of relating to yourself and your life.

Getting Started

You can begin in whichever way feels right for you. 
Some people prefer to book a session directly, while others choose to have a short introductory call first.

Appointments are available throughout the week, including some evenings.

 
Before we meet, I’ll ask you to share a few details so I have a sense of what’s bringing you here.

Payment is requested at the time of booking, with details shared in your confirmation.
