I see the information you share with me as sacred. I only ask for what is absolutely necessary to offer sessions safely and respectfully, and I hold it with care, trust, and consent
Who I am
Emerge Holistic is run by Holly Griffiths. I offer counselling, spiritual readings, and related services in the UK. I also run a separate tantra practice; the two businesses operate in tandem, and some booking tools are shared. I’m the data controller for any personal information you share with me.
What I collect

Contact details and background you share in enquiry or intake forms (via Jotform).

Booking information (name, time, messages) sent through Appointlet/Calendly to my admin email (emergewithholly@gmail.com) and synced to the Google calendar for holly@auroratantra.com.

Emails, texts, WhatsApp messages about sessions.

Intake forms containing personal contact data and background information (not coded).

Session notes, which are kept separately and identified only by a client code.

Testimonials submitted through my Wix form (if any).

Website analytics from Wix and Google (anonymous page-visit stats).

A record of “red-flag” contacts, kept only as much as needed to identify them for safety.

How I use your data

Where it is stored

Enquiry and intake forms: downloaded from Jotform, stored electronically in client folders on a password-protected Google Drive. Older paper copies (if any) are in a locked cabinet.

Booking details: in my Gmail inbox (emergewithholly@gmail.com) and Google calendar for holly@auroratantra.com.

Emails, texts, and WhatsApp: on password/Face-ID protected devices.

Testimonials: in Wix and my email until published.

Red-flag records: I keep enough information to identify people who have posed a risk to my safety or practice, stored securely while my work continues.

Session notes: held separately from intake forms, using only client codes, either in Drive or in a locked cabinet.
How long I keep it

New enquiries: up to 6 months if no booking, then deleted.

Client files: usually 7 years after the last contact, unless there’s a reason to keep them longer (e.g., dispute).

Messages: kept while you’re an active client; old threads may be removed a year after archiving.

Red-flag records: held while my practice continues.
Sharing

Payments go through your bank, Stripe, or PayPal; I don’t see or store your full card details.

My website host (Wix), form provider (Jotform), and cloud/email services (Google) act as data processors under their own security policies.

I would only share data if required by law or if there’s an urgent risk of harm.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses basic cookies to make it run and anonymous statistics from Wix/Google. There are no ad-tracking pixels.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your information, or limit how it’s used. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner if you’re unhappy (www.ico.org.uk).
